格兰-激光偏振器是一种专门应用于高功率激光的格兰-泰勒偏振器. 偏振器由两个相同的双折射晶体棱镜组装成,两棱镜中间是空气隙(无胶). 它有两个抛光的侧面使反射光束可以逃逸(出射), 避免由于过热损坏棱镜. 两个侧面逃逸窗口的设计允许使用这种类型的偏光器可以双向使用,例如腔内增益开关.
